1. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at no additional cost if the product has not been shipped within 2 working days after the order is placed. Gateway charges (if any) and shipping charges may still apply.
b. Cancellation After Shipment
If your order is cancelled after dispatch, we will deduct:
- Two-way shipping charges, and
- Payment gateway fees (if any)
before processing your refund.

2.1 14-Day Return Policy – Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not performing well
- The item is incomplete or missing accessories
- The item is significantly different from the description on our website
2.2 Warranty Coverage (Post 7 Days)
Covered Under Warranty:
- 2 and 3 years onsite ReTechie warranty on internal hardware
- 3 months warranty on battery
- 1 Years on Charger
Not Covered:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Liquid spills, scratches, or user negligence
- Buyer’s remorse or wrong product selection
Warranty Resolution Timeframe:
- Issue resolution within 7 days via technician visit, pickup, repair, and delivery
- If not resolved, we may offer a replacement product with the same configuration if same product is not available
2.3 Return Conditions
Please ensure the following to process your return:
- Product must be in original packaging with all accessories
- No physical or internal damage caused after delivery
- Personal data must be wiped from the device
- Buyer’s remorse returns are accepted with restocking fees
2.4 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Support or reach out to our email and whatsaap
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Technician may visit to assess the product (if needed)
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund or replacement will be processed
2.5 Non-Returnable Items
- Products with missing accessories or packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Custom-configured or personalized items
3. Refund Process
a. Undelivered Orders (RTO – Return to Origin)
If a product is returned to us due to delivery failure:
- Refund is initiated within 12-24 hours of return
- Shipping costs will be deducted unless the issue was not customer-related (e.g., misrouting)
b. Customer-Initiated Return
- Inspection is done within 24 hours after receiving the return
- Refund is credited to your account within 7- 14 business days
3.1 Quality Check Standards
All returns undergo a full QC inspection. Products failing key criteria will be accepted for full refund or replacement.
3.2 Damage Deductions (Customer-Induced)
If the returned product has signs of:
- Scratches, cracks, or dents
- Hardware tampering
- Water or liquid exposure
