At ReTechie, we stand by the quality of our refurbished laptops and accessories. To provide peace of mind, we offer a 7-day replacement policy for eligible issues as outlined in our return criteria.
Eligibility for Replacement
If a product exhibits any major defects, hardware faults, or a specification mismatch (such as incorrect RAM, SSD, or processor model) within 7 days of delivery, the customer is entitled to request a replacement, provided the issue meets our return policy guidelines.
Replacement Process
- Raise a Request: Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos explaining the issue.
- Pickup & Inspection: We will arrange a pickup of the laptop. Once the product is received at our facility, our technical team will thoroughly inspect the issue raised.
- Confirmation & Matching Model: If the issue is confirmed and validated, we will initiate a replacement with the same model and brand, subject to stock availability.
- Alternate Options: In case the same brand or model is unavailable, we will offer a replacement from another brand with the same or better specifications. The customer can choose to accept or wait for restock.
- Dispatch Timeline: Once confirmed, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 working days after the returned parcel is received and inspected.
Accessory Replacement
If the issue is with an accessory such as a bag, charger, or adaptor, and not the laptop itself, we will only send the replacement accessory — not a full laptop.
Transit charges for pickup and replacement delivery will be covered by ReTechie.
