Return & Replace Policies

Return policy:

  •  Return product not accepted by ReTechie Technology after dispatching.
  • we accept  payment after satisfying from customer that they like product and confirm order.
  • We send original picture of product to customer for clarify the product quality.
  • There are No Return system in ReTechie Technology.


Replace policy:

There are same state of affairs for Replacing a product,customer should have aware of it.

  • Replacing a products in case of damaged in transit or Not upto the mark what write on product descriptions.
  • If replace will be accepted so shipping charges from customer to ReTechie made by customer.
  • Replace a product takes 10-15 business days(not include holidays,Saturday and Sunday)
  • Some Scratches and dent might be or not might be possible is some case ( 2 out of 10) its not cover in Replacing Policies and Warranty.
  • Battery is not cover in Replacing and warranty but we ensure customer battery backup of products would be best from others.
