There are same state of affairs for Replacing a product, customer should have aware of it.
- Replacing/Return a products in case of damaged in transit or Not upto the mark what write on product descriptions will Inform us within 24 hours.
- If replace will be accepted so shipping charges from customer to ReTechie made by customer.
- Replace a product takes 10-15 business days(not include holidays,Saturday and Sunday)
- Some Scratches and dent might be or not might be possible is some case ( 2 out of 10) its not cover in Replacing Policies and Warranty.
- Battery and Screen is not cover in Replacing and warranty but we ensure customer battery backup of products would be best from others.
Warranty Exclude Parts :
Mother-Board : Due to Motherboard fuse( CPU Shortage) shot by uneven fluctuation of electricity.
Screen : Mostly screen damage by physical pressure. But Display Wire include in warranty
Battery Backup 1 hour Minimum.

Pickup and drop off facilities.
If any issue found in warranty period you can contact us in any mode of communication. we will assign a technician within 48-72 hours for checking if he able to resolve onsite otherwise will pickup that laptop from your location and after proper service of the laptop we return back to you this process may consist 7-10 days.
Note : If you found any damage or default in your laptop after receiving then that case you case able to return or return the laptop for better service but you need to make video of unboxing of product.
